FREEDOM PRESS
Freedom Press is based in Whitechapel, in London's East End, in the same historic and atmospheric building as Freedom Bookshop (see our links page) - some say that the Victorian ambience of the premises matches that of some of the many classic texts they publish. In fact, Freedom Press is one of the leading publishers of anarchist books, and the list below includes some of their new titles from 2006, most of which we currently have in stock. For fuller details of their current publications, you can visit their website. Further anarchist material is listed on the main Anarchism page, and other books are shown on a page devoted to our stock from another major anarchist publisher and distributor, AK Press. So please see those pages for further relevant material. And remember that if you can't visit Housmans in person, we can quickly and efficiently post you a copy of any book in print (and even a few that aren't). See our main Books page for more details of our mail order service.
